Steve O.
Founder/PresidentSteve graduated with a Masters in Communication Sciences and Disorders from James Madison University in 2000. He founded Specialized Therapy Services in 2004 after working with Sharp Healthcare and charter schools across San Diego. Steve continues to serve as a consultant for schools, providing assistive technology assessments, augmentative communication evaluations, and special education program supervision.
Erin C.
Executive DirectorErin joined STS in 2013 as Operations Manager, bringing over 16 years of experience in healthcare recruiting and management. She has spearheaded the exponential growth of Specialized Therapy Services and the development of The OAS Center. Erin has called San Diego home for over 18 years.
Susan W.
Client ManagerSusan holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and has worked with children and families in diverse settings including schools, hospitals, and private practice. She joined STS in 2015 and is passionate about supporting populations with special needs.
Bernadette M.
Administrative AssistantBernadette holds a Masters in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Cal State Northridge. She joined STS in 2018, coordinating school services and supporting providers. Bernadette has experience working with children of all ages and abilities.
Kelly C.
Payroll AnalystKelly graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Psychology. She joined STS in 2016 and has grown from hands-on work with children to managing payroll and onboarding for the entire organization. Kelly is passionate about creating safe, supportive environments for children with all types of needs.

Administrative AssistantYessi brings a rich background in early childhood education and center management. She joined STS in 2022 and warmly greets families as they arrive at The OAS Center. She is passionate about ensuring every family receives the care and support their child deserves.
